I'm a native Spanish speaker who has worked as a tutor for more than 12 years. I began my teaching journey in Spain tutoring my first students before I started university. In London (United Kingdom), where I finalised my degree and worked for 10 years, I gave one-on-one Spanish lessons and worked in different schools. Being in such a multicultural city, I really enjoyed teaching people from different backgrounds who had a different purpose to learn Spanish. After the great feedback from students and success of the Spanish lessons, Spanish in Oz was created. All of the team from Spanish in Oz are really excited to be providing Spanish lessons to the people who live in Australia.

We have years of experience as Spanish teachers/tutors. While our first classes took place in different cities in Spanish speaking countries and not all of us have worked in the same foreign country, what we have in common is our international teaching experience. We have taught short, mid and long-term courses for people who wanted to achieve a good level of Spanish, whether it was for business, studying in Spanish speaking countries, preparation for exams, relationship related, work relocation, etc. We have also taught intense courses so students could communicate while travelling around Spain, Cuba, Central and South America. We are native Spanish speakers, with degree qualifications that allow us to teach Spanish. Importantly, we have been applying our knowledge in our lessons for years. Studying and teaching overseas has helped us to understand that what makes a good teacher is when the student can make progress in every lesson.
